During my recent honeymoon, we chose A Villa Di Rutali for its tranquil setting and stunning vistas of the Corsican mountains, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The gardens, infused with the sweet aroma of lavender and the soft chimes from the local church, provided a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking. Our room was ideal, featuring a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a lovely private bathroom, allowing us to feel comfortably at home. We particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy for us to prepare meals after sourcing fresh ingredients from a nearby supermarket. We couldn't resist indulging in the delicious shepherd's platter offered for dinner—definitely a highlight! Claude, our gracious host, was the perfect balance of attentive and laid-back; he provided us with fantastic local insights while allowing us space to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A Villa Di Rutali is not just a place to stay but a wonderful experience that I highly recommend for anyone seeking an authentic escape in Corsica.
